We build exclusively under a “cost plus” model in order to keep the project 100% transparent and our costs as low as possible. We charge a flat fee for building a home based on the actual costs. This approach keeps our clients at the helm and takes the guess work out of shopping for a home builder since there are no hidden fees and no time wasted on what's included at "X" price what's not. It consistently costs less than a conventional building relationship and unlike a plain general contractor, we do cover the entire build with our industry leading 10 year warranty. Lock Up Service

We understand that building a home can be a huge expense. We also recognize that there are many risks with building a home on your own to save on the price tag. For this reason we enjoy helping clients where it matters most - by taking their projects to the "lock up" stage. We keep our margins thin and charge a flat management fee for each "lock up" project. We provide a detailed budget for the entire project (yes, to completion) and are willing to help where needed until the project is complete. 

Warranty

One of the biggest obstacles in reselling an owner built project is that CMHC won't insure a new home that doesn't have New Home Warranty. This narrows the resale market. We warranty our lock up projects and full builds for ten years for the work we've completed. You're welcome.
